Properties:
White powder, granular or flake in appearance. Easily soluble in water, but insoluble in organic solvents.
Usage:
In food industry it can be used as an additive, nourishing agent, quality improver, pH regulator, metalions chelating agent, adhesive and leavening agent. applied to can, fruit drinks, milk product, vegetable protein drinks, instant noodles, meat product, as water-conservative. Also applied to vegetable fat powder as stabilizer and coagulator.
